Introducing: Movers & GrooverS

The Movers & Groovers dance course is a fundamental step in encouraging and fostering a child's sense of creativity and independence. Each session of our course explores the richness of dance and music from all around our diverse and colorful world. 

Our mission is to create a nurturing, creative environment for your child to explore their imagination and self-expression through movement. While improving their own sense of body awareness, strength, focus and confidence, they will thrive in our ever-growing community of movers, groovers, shakers and peace-makers.

Our Movers & Groovers group classes take place at parks and Preschools around San Diego. If you are taking class in the park, please bring a blanket to sit on and plenty of water! Our group classes can be purchased by session as each week will build upon the next.
